Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, commission-based sales executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to drive new business acquisitions in the website development and software sectors. The sales executive will identify potential clients, foster relationships, and secure new accounts, earning competitive commissions for successful sales and subsequently passing them over to sales account managers for ongoing management and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the telecom sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on expanding the customer base.
  • Actively prospect and engage with potential clients through various channels (cold calling, emails, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and offering tailored telecom solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales account managers to transition new accounts and provide comprehensive insights about clients and their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements in collaboration with the sales team and management.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecom industry, with a strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent understanding of websites, software, and other web services, products, and services.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
